Tomorrow, teen singer and actress Victoria Justice will launch a 17-city Make It In America tour that will include a new song, entitled Girl Up, and a never-before-seen music video that highlight the work of the United Nation Foundations Girl Up campaign. Additionally, concert attendees can stop by the Girl Up booth for a chance to win a meet-and-greet with Justice or they can enter the contest online at GirlUp.org. The Girl Up campaign gives American girls the opportunity to channel their energy toward raising awareness and funds for United Nations programs that help the worlds hardest-to-reach adolescent girls.

Justice has been a Champion for the Girl Up campaign since its launch in 2010. In that role, Justice motivates other teens to get involved and take action for girls in developing countries. The new song and music video that Justice will release were inspired by her trip to Guatemala last year with the campaign.

Victoria Justices Make It In America tour will thrill fans and give them the opportunity to change the world for the better, said Gina Reiss-Wilchins, Director of the Girl Up campaign. As a successful singer and actress who stands up for what she believes in, Victoria is an inspiration for teen girls who are just like her. Her support has been key to the success of campaign, and now she extends that commitment by using her tour and her new song and video to raise awareness of the work of Girl Up and inspire others to join the movement.

The Make It In America tour launches Aug. 2 in Costa Mesa, Calif. and will feature hits from Justices new solo album. The tour will stop in 17 U.S. cities including Salt Lake City, Utah and Syracuse, N.Y.

Justice is an American actress, singer, and songwriter. She is the star of the Nickelodeon series Victorious and previously played a recurring character on Nickelodeons Zoey 101. She recently completed work on her first-ever lead in a feature film entitled Fun Size, due out fall 2012. In addition to her debut album, she has recorded a number of songs for the Victorious series. Justice is a social media superstar, with a combined following of more than 6.2 million fans on Facebook and Twitter.
